You subscribe to Pro and invite your partner into your workspace — that two-seat configuration is what we call Pro Duo. There is no Pro Duo plan code in our billing system; pricing, limits, and features are the same Pro plan you would buy as an individual.
For couples on Pro Duo, the workspace is two seats — one owner plus one workspace_partner. If you need more people on the same set of bookings — multiple travel agents, a client portal, agent-scoped access — that is the agency workspace product, which is a separate setup with its own roles. Pro Duo is specifically the couples shape: two seats, both inboxes, one set of bookings to share hotel bookings with partner.
If you split up, the workspace owner can remove the partner from Members at any time. When the partner is removed, the bookings stay with the owner's workspace — the partner loses access on their side but no booking is deleted. If the partner had forwarded confirmations from their own email, those bookings remain in the workspace under the owner. We do not split a shared portfolio across two new accounts automatically; reach out to support if you need that.
