StayHawk is a post-booking portfolio manager. You forward your hotel confirmation emails, and StayHawk tracks cancellation deadlines and checks for price drops on your stays. If something changes, you get an alert.

How to set up your account

Sign up at stayhawk.app (no credit card required). You get a personal forwarding address like yours@inbox.stayhawk.app. Forward a hotel confirmation email to that address. Your booking appears on your dashboard within minutes.

Which booking platforms are supported?

Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Marriott, Hilton, and Airbnb. If your confirmation email has the booking details in it, StayHawk can usually extract them regardless of the platform.

How does price monitoring work?

StayHawk checks hotel prices daily using Google Hotels data. When a lower refundable rate appears on the same property for the same dates, you get an alert with a link to rebook. Price monitoring is available on Pro and Agency plans.

How do deadline alerts work?

StayHawk tracks the cancellation deadline for each booking. You get reminders at 7 days, 3 days, and 24 hours before the deadline. Alerts are sent to the email address you signed up with.

What's included in each plan?

Free: 5 bookings, deadline alerts, email parsing, dashboard. Pro ($9/month or $79/year): 30 bookings, plus price monitoring, price drop alerts, and rebook links. Agency ($49/month or $468/year): 500 bookings, plus 5 team seats, client labels, and role-based access.

Will StayHawk cancel or rebook for me?

No. StayHawk alerts you and gives you a direct link to rebook. You make the decision. StayHawk does not make changes to your bookings.

Is my booking data safe?

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure. StayHawk uses it to provide deadline alerts and price monitoring. StayHawk does not sell user data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Not yet. The app is read-only for now — use email forwarding or the Chrome extension to add bookings, then the app shows them in real time.

Yes. Allow notifications on first launch and you will receive a push the moment a deadline approaches or a cheaper rate is found. Tap the notification to jump straight to the booking.

The last loaded view stays visible offline, but live data, alerts, and price checks require a connection.

Yes. The app follows your iOS system language. Set your iPhone to French and the entire app — including alerts and notifications — switches over.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Sign out. To delete your account entirely, contact support@stayhawk.app.

The iOS app is currently consumer-only — it shows your personal workspace. Agency workspaces are coming to a later release.
